(LTD) recipients a broad selection of benefits options.

1-866-647-7657 (toll free for off-campus long-distance calling
within the U.S.) from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, and ask to speak with a Long-Term Disability representative.
Definition
of Disability
University disability plans define disability as a time
when you are totally disabled, no longer able to engage
in any occupation or employment for which you are suited
by education or training, and the disability is expected
to last at least 12 months.
If
you are a practicing physician, the Expanded Long-Term Disability
Plan, under a special provision, will provide partial disability
coverage.
