Registration and Meal Fees:

• There are no conference fees assessed for attending the panels on January 30, 2004.
• If you are presenting a paper or are a panel moderator, all fees (including meals) are waived, but please indicate above whether you will be attending the dinner and/or brunch for catering purposes.
• If you are attending the conference but are neither presenting a paper nor moderating a panel, please include with your registration the following payments if they apply: the cost of the dinner will be $35 (American), and the cost of the Saturday morning brunch will be $15 (American).  Payment can be made with personal check or money order only; sorry, no cash or credit card payments can be accepted.  Please make checks or money orders payable to The University of Michigan.
