The following forms can be completed and left in the SOAS Drop Box, which is located in the Mezzanine Level Administrative Office:
- Authorized Signature Card
- Depository Contract
- Disbursement Authorization Form
- Funds Transfer Form
A representative from the SOAS Michigan Union Office holds office hours in the Pierpont Commons one day per week. Please call the Administration Office at (734) 764-7544 regarding the schedule.
