http://www.imagenet.org/  contains the 3D Atlas of Ann Arbor.  Large site; fills a full DVD and it is exactly that set of files that has been given out on DVD (it’s all online).

http://www-personal.umich.edu/~sarhaus/3DAtlasNEW/  contains files to download and use in Google Earth.  Contains files for buildings for 12 blocks of the downtown and for floods up to the 816, 817, 818, and 819 foot contours.
