Boiled Beef with Bread

3/4 lb. Beef (daily ration, weighed with bone and gristle)
1 1/2 lb. Bread (daily ration)
Water

Place the water in a copper boiler. Place over a a fire, until water boils. Add beef to water. When beef is boiled, remove. Serve with bread.

Enjoy!


Broth with Bread

Bread

Place Beef Broth in boiler. Heat. Serve with bread.

Enjoy!


Boiled Vegetable Stew with Bread

Vegetables
Bread
Water

Place vegetables and water in boiler. Boil. Serve with Bread.
