This is a class project prepared by Urban Planning 538: Economic Development Planning. The project was started by the students in the winter 2005 semester, and now continued by students in the fall 2005 semester. The goal is to create a handbook of useful resources and analysis on local economic development. The choice of topics reflects the interests of class participants (and is therefore not a comprehensive list of all economic development topics.)
