SHIPPING INFORMATION

The Career Fair is an informal affair with students arriving between their classes to talk with corporate recruiters and leave their resumes. We encourage you to bring displays and brochures. Displays may be sent no earlier than September 12 to the following address:

Please register sent packages. Please be aware that SWE and TBP do not accept any responsibility for any package mailed to our offices. Also, we will not handle any shipping of these materials back to your company after the Career Fair is over. Federal Express forms will be provided, and arrangements will be made to have Federal Express pick up your packages at the end of the day. If you prefer to use another express mail company, arrangements must be made by your company for these materials to be picked up no later than 6:00 p.m.
