To add documents to eResearch

See the Recommended File Types before uploading.

  1. Click the Add button.
    • A warning dialog asking if you want to trust the certificate issued by Webridge Incorporated may open. Click Yes to accept the certificate.
  2. Enter a Title.
    • The title is how the document is identified in the system; make the title descriptive.
  3. Click Browse.
  4. Navigate to the document to add.
    • You can upload many types of documents, including Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PDFs, or images.
  5. Click Open.
  6. Click OK.
    • The document is uploaded to eResearch. Note, if you are adding a large document, the upload can take a few minutes.

To Edit documents in eResearch

IMPORTANT! Clicking the [Edit] link does not open the document to make changes. For more information on changing uploaded documents, see the Training page.

  1. Click the [Edit] link next to the document.


  2. Click Browse.
  3. Navigate to the new version of the document.
  4. Click Open.
  5. Click OK.

To delete document from eResearch

Important! Documents deleted from eResearch cannot be recovered. Be sure you are deleting the correct documents.

  1. Select the documents you want to delete.


  2. Click Delete.
    • All selected documents are permanently deleted.
