David Miller Executive Director, Parking and Transportation Services David Miller is executive director of Parking and Transportation Services (P&TS), providing commuter transit service for 5.8 million passengers annually; managing and maintaining one of the largest vehicle fleets in the state of Michigan; and managing the University's parking system, including its 13 parking structures and more than 100 surface lots. Previously, Miller was the administrative manager for P&TS. Miller has a master of science degree in management science and engineering from Stanford University and a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State University. He joined the University in 1991 as a patient relations coordinator at the University Hospital. Prior to U-M he worked in management for network support systems, information services planning and budget management for Michigan Bell Telephone and Ameritech.
