Counseling Services

FASAP counselors assist you in addressing concerns or issues of daily living that may be affecting one’s well being. Possible concerns to be addressed might include the following:

  • Marital/partner issues                
  • Stress (personal or work related)
  • Relationship issues
  • Communications problems
  • Family concern
  • Grieving the loss of a loved one
  • Life transitions
  • Depression or anxiety
  • Alcohol or other drug abuse
  • Change management

Our core services to help address the above concerns include:

  • Thorough clinical assessment
  • Problem/solution focused services (up to 5 sessions)
  • Referral (if warranted) to appropriate University and/or community resources
  • Follow-up assistance
