As instructors, you will want to go to 2009 for answers to most of your questions regarding the Language Resource Center. The administrative staff in the Main Office (2018) is also willing to help. Experiencing Some Sort of Problem??
Process on how to deal with LRC problems: Wrong : Stew, complain to your officemate and colleagues, eventually complain bitterly to coordinator, do nothing else other than assume the coordinator will take care of it.
Preferred : Let someone in the LRC know right away, so that we can do something about it right way; if nothing seems to be happening or changing, let the Director know, so she can follow up on what still needs to be done and what’s going to happen to improve the situation. __________________________________________________________________
The LRC is not responsible classrooms or classroom equipment in the MLB or any other building, but in 2009 we can connect you to the people who are; namely, give you the contacts and help regarding the process on how to complain.
In general, LRC staff members are willing to help with emergencies, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide immediate solution or remedy.
