Facility and Space Data Reports

The following reports are available as downloadable Excel spreadsheets.  Use your mouse pointer and right click on the report you wish to download.  If this is the first time you downloaded an Excel file from the Internet, your browser will ask you to select the appropriate application (Excel).

Notification of Facility Changes:   This report lists all current changes to facility square footage due to additions, renovations, new facilities, building number changes, and other miscellaneous changes.  The report includes the date the data was entered, facility name and number, address, new square footage, change in square footage, and reason for change.

Listing of Active Buildings and Structures:  This report is a comprehensive listing of all active buildings and structures.  The report includes the building record number and name, phase, address, square footage (gross and net) and ownership code.
