Mission

The AVPF Diversity Committee was formed in 1990 in response to the Michigan Mandate. The mission of the Committee is to facilitate change towards a diverse workplace that offers employees a non-hostile, accepting environment with equitable opportunities to develop individual abilities, while successfully meeting their departmental goals.
