I enjoy my role as program coordinator/advisor and love working and interacting with students. In addition, I like the creative aspects and challenges of developing co-curricular programs and services in partnerships with students and colleagues in the Arts and Programs unit and other university departments as well.

I have been with the University Unions, in particular with the Michigan League, since 1995. Originally from the Philippines, I obtained a Ph.D. in Leisure Studies with concentration in program development and administration from the University of Illinois and was on faculty at the University of the Philippines before migrating to the U.S. in 1992.

I love fun activities with my husband, David and son, Jaime. I also enjoy ballroom dancing, Philippine folk dancing, swimming, tennis, dry floral arrangement, and decorating her home.
