Program Assistants also host performers, assist with set-up and breakdown of event site and a-v equipment, and collect admission as appropriate for events. Program Assistants work an average of 8-10 hours per week, including afternoons, evenings and weekends. We are looking for students with experience (either paid or volunteer) in successfully developing, planning and/or hosting student-initiated activities. Program Assistants must be able to work well with diverse groups, have strong communication skills, demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong ability to trouble shoot situations, be responsible, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
