Fidelity Investment Tax-Exempt Services Company (FITSCo) is a division of Fidelity that is one of the nation’s top providers of 403(b) retirement savings plans to not-for-profit organizations, including colleges and universities, healthcare institutions, foundations, and charitable organizations. The University of Michigan added Fidelity as an investment option to its retirement savings plan in 1989.
