How can I contact Campus Computing Sites?

Reporting Problems:

If you have a Basic Computing Package question or problem with an ITCS Service that requires technical assistance, please call 764-HELP. You can also reach the 4-HELP consultants by sending email to online.consulting@umich.edu

Note: You can check the status of any ITCS Service online at http://status.itcs.umich.edu

If you need to report a problem at an unstaffed ResComp or Campus Computing Site, please call 64-SITES, and select option #1.

If you have any comments or questions about the Campus Computing Sites, please email sites@umich.edu.
If you would like to reserve a computer classroom or make inquiries regarding course software, please call 64-SITES, and select option #4, or visit the Instructional Technology web pages.

If you would like information on Campus Computing Sites hours, please call 64-SITES, and select option #3, or visit the Campus Computing Sites Hours web page.

If you would like to reserve a special multimedia station at the New Media Center, located in the School of Education building, please call 64-SITES, and select option #5.
