How can I contact Campus Computing Sites?
Reporting Problems:
- If you have any comments or questions about the Campus Computing
Sites, please email sites.suggestions@umich.edu.
- If you need to report a problem at a ResComp or
Campus Computing Site, please call 64-SITES, and select option
#1.
Sites Services:
- If you would like to reserve a computer classroom or make inquiries
regarding course software, please call 64-SITES, and select option #4, or
visit the Instructional
Technology web pages.
- If you would like information on Campus Computing Sites hours, please
call 64-SITES, and select option #3, or visit the Campus Computing Sites Hours web
page.
- If you would like to reserve a special multimedia station at the New Media Center, located
in the School of Education building, please call 64-SITES, and select
option #5.

Account Questions:
- If you have a question about your ITCS uniqname, password or Basic
Computing Package subscriptions, please call the ITCS Accounts Office at
764-8000, or send email to itcs.accounts@umich.edu
- If you have a question about the Media Union on North Campus, CAEN
accounts, or about a CAEN workstation that is located within a Campus
Computing Site, please call the CAEN/MU Hotline at
763-5041.
- If you have a Basic Computing Package question or problem that
