Maize and blue go for gold

As the Summer 2012 Olympics open, there will be 26 current and former Wolverines going for the gold. Historically, more than 200 U-M students and coaches have participated in the Olympics, representing 24 different countries. Neil Gardner (pictured) represented Jamaica in the 400-meter hurdles when he was a U-M student in 1996.
