Impressions from the past
The U-M Department of Musical Theatre presents “Sunday in the Park with George,” a musical by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine about inspiration — in art and in life. The show runs from Oct. 11 to Oct. 21 at the Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre. Its story follows the great-grandson of Post-Impressionist painter George Seurat on his journey to restore his artistic vision.
