The Warrior Scholar
A story about the extraordinary life of Professor Emeritus of Law, Yale Kamisar, is featured on the U-M Heritage site. As a tough kid from the Bronx, he joined the Michigan law faculty in 1965 and went on to fight for the rights of the accused. He is known as “The Father of Miranda.”
