Smoke-free University Initiative

To ensure a healthy overall environment for faculty, staff, students, and visitors, all three campuses of the University of Michigan became smoke-free on July 1. U-M is joining at least 466 colleges and universities across the United States that have banned smoking on campus. In the Big Ten, the University of Iowa and Indiana University are smoke free.
