- The Academic Support Services site provides students with up-to-date information regarding academic support services sponsored by or offered in conjunction with university departments. The site allows members of the university community to submit information about new services or correct information about currently listed services.

- CAPS MiTalk page offers academic skill suggestions on overcoming procrastination, time management, and dealing with stress and test anxiety.
- Center for International Business Education
- The Center for International Business Education (CIBE) offers counseling for BBA and MBA students pursuing careers in international-business. The center facilitates contacts within the global business community through overseas study, work and touring opportunities. Resources include funding for dual degrees, doctoral research, and travel awards, as well as support for the Asian Business Conference, case-study competitions, and international consulting projects.
- Comprehensive Studies Program Support
- The Comprehensive Studies Program offers students in LSA smaller classes with an intensity of instruction and counseling. Tutors and Mentoring are available to students accepted into this program.
- Honors Peer Mentorship
- The Honors Peer Mentorship program aims to help honor students connect with each other and understand various options open to them academically and by way of planning career paths, such as Pre-Med and Pre-Business. Tutoring by upperclassmen is available for all classes, including courses outside the honors program.

- This publication is targeted to Rackham graduate students but has useful information for all students, faculty, and staff who want information on finding an effective mentoring relationship. It is a pdf publication, one of many at http://www.rackham.umich.edu/publications/.
- Kinesiology Mentorship Program
- This mentorship program pairs new students in Kinesiology with upper classmen and provides valuable information about the University of Michigan, Kinesiology, and the community. Individual interactions, small and larger group meetings, phone calls, lunches, and special events also provide a source of social connection for students new to the program.
- LSA Residential College
- The Residential College is a unique liberal arts community where students can experience academic support and mentorship of a small college within a large research university that has more extensive resources.
- Peer Support Services Law School
- The Law School offers several mentoring programs that pair first-year and upper-class law students. Orientation leaders work closely with new students during summer and fall. During Service Day upper-class and incoming students work together on projects for local communities. In the First Year Information (FYI) program, upper class fellows help with study skills, exam preparation, class review sessions, and transition assistance.
- Peer Tutor Program - Sweetland Writing Center
- The Sweetland Writing Center trains and supervises upper-level undergraduates to serve as writing tutors for their peers. Peer tutors come from all disciplines and are trained to help fellow undergraduates with all aspects of the writing process.

- School of Nursing Mentorship
- The School of Nursing Mentorship program creates small groups of students, from freshman through senior levels of the nursing school, to provide advice, a greater understanding of expectations, and ease in adjusting to the program.
- Science Learning Center
- The main and satellite branches of the Science Learning Center (SLC), located in 1720 Chemistry Building and 2165 Undergraduate Science Building, support teaching and learning in the natural sciences and help students find biology and chemistry tutors. The SLC houses computer labs, a loan desk for reserve and study materials, and meeting alcoves and spaces for individuals and study groups
- The Michigan Mentorship Program
- The University of Michigan offers undergraduate students the opportunity to mentor local “at risk” grade school students while receiving college credit. U-M students learn more about motivating and teaching and younger students develop self-confidence and determination to persist because of the mentoring relationship.
- Transfer Connections Mentoring Program
- This is a mentoring program for LSA transfer students that runs fall through winter. Entering transfer students are recruited and apply online over the summer. If selected, they are matched with a mentor (a current transfer student) within a small group of other new transfers. The program focuses on helping transfer students adjust to the University, identify available resources here, and are invited to programs and activities designed to build their social network and promote academic success.
- University Mentorship through the Office of New Student Programs
- The University Mentorship Program provides opportunities for new students to meet in small groups with mentors and faculty/staff who are knowledgeable about the University. Connecting with other students and educators who have some common interests can ease transition to the University.
