U.S. Supreme Court hears arguments on U-M's admissions process

Photo of Supreme Court The University of Michigan delivered oral arguments Tuesday (April 1) at the U.S. Supreme Court to support the use of affirmative action to encourage a diverse student body.

Plaintiffs in the two cases before the court are suing U-M and challenging the University's use of race in its admissions process to its Law School and undergraduate college.
