   the survivors of the Shoah Foundation that will make the videotaped testimonies
   of 52,000 Holocaust survivors available to the general public for the first

   be changed to "insider art" for work done by artists incarcerated in Michigan
   prisons. The term "outsider art" is often applied to work by artists with no
   formal art training or little or no contact with the world of "mainstream" art.
   Mainstream doesn't have a presence in the Michigan penal system
