The west wall builds on the themes introduced on the east wall. This side of the mural deals with the exchange of produce which is the subsequent stage in business after the actual production. Rivera also gives the audience a glimpse into other technologies aviation and nautical advancements. Much like on the North Wall, these images are centered on the theme surrounding the destructive and beneficial qualities of science.
