Activities to look forward to this fall:
NEW - Chem Tutors at U of M
Are you stuggling in one of your chemistry courses? Would having a tutor or study group benefit you but sadly none are offered for that class? Or, are you an experienced chemistry student that would like to share your knowledge with others? We have the program for you! ACS is starting up a tutoring program for chemistry courses, particularly those without study groups. If you would be interested in either receiving or providing these tutoring services, please email David at daquist@umich.edu.
Chemistry Peer Advising
Do you have questions about classes, professors, research and more? Ask a chem major! ACS members would be happy to share their opinions on all these topics and more. If you have a question or are interested in being a peer advisor yourself, email Tyler at telias@umich.edu.
Tutoring at Clague Middle School
Do you want to make a difference in the lives of others? Middle school is an important time for students as their performance affects the choices they will make in high school. Help them gain confidence in their math and science abilities! For more information contact Danny at dzsemaan@umich.edu.
