Attitude Dynamics and Control Laboratory

Welcome to the University of Michigan
Attitude Dynamics and Control Laboratory

The Attitude Dynamics and Control Laboratory is located in the Francois-Xavier Bagnoud Building, home of the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the University of Michigan. The Attitude Dynamics and Control Laboratory is devoted to research on both theoretical and experimental aspects of rigid and multibody systems that involve attitude dynamics and control. Much of this research is related to experimental facilities in the Laboratory. The main motivation of this research is to develop dynamics and control results that are applicable to a wide variety of attitude pointing and tracking systems, including spacecraft attitude dynamics and control.
