WHFD Schedule

WHFD is a free, one-day event open to all members of the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor communities. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2012. Highlights of the event include three hour-long workshops and an address by a keynote speaker, Dr. Bethany Sallinen. Healthy food options for both breakfast and lunch are also provided. The schedule is as follows:

8:45-9:30 Registration, Breakfast
9:30-10:30 Session 1
10:30-11:30 Session 2
11:30-12:30 Session 3
12:30-1:30 Lunch
1:30-2:15 Keynote Speaker, Dr. Bethany Sallinen
2:15-2:30 Conclusion and Raffle prizes


Each workshop is led by a representative from the University of Michigan Health System or by a local health professional.
