Remember that you should be using a browser that supports tables, such as Netscape version 1.1 or higher. Click here if you need to download a copy of the latest version of Netscape.

DOWNLOADING AND AUTOMATICALLY CONFIGURING THE REALAUDIO PLAYER WITH NETSCAPE/YOUR BROWSER

1. With Netscape or another browser running, click here to go to the Real Audio home page.
2. Click on "Real Audio Player."
3. Click on "download the free Real Audio Player."
4. Type in your name and e-mail address.
5. Select your OS platform: MAC OS 7.x
6. Select your process type: Power PC (Macintosh), or 680x O Mac if not on a Power PC/Power Mac.
7. Select your connection speed: ISDN or Frame Relay if using a campus computing site's Mac; otherwise, choose your modem speed.
8. Click "Go to download and instructions page."
9. Click "OK" if you get "any info you submit is insecure..." message.
10. Hit "click here to download" button (download player for Power Mac if that's what you're using; otherwise, click on download button for plain ol' Mac).
11. When Stuffit Expanded decompresses the file, you will see one or two "RA Player Installer" icons on the desktop. Click on the bottom one.
12. Click on: continue - continue - continue - install - yes - install - update - install.
13. When "select the plug-in folder of your browser" appears, click on "Plug-ins" and then click on "Plug-ins" button at bottom of box.
14. If "connect to shared disk" message appears, click on "guest" and "OK").
15. If "select the bandwidth of your network connections" appears, click "ISDN" if on campus or the speed of your modem and "continue" "OK" and "restart." After you restart, the RealAudio player will be configured with Netscape/your browser and you should be able to begin the slideshow!
