219th Annual Meeting

The Office of the Secretary will help to facilitate the efforts of those who wish to find a roommate during the 2009 AOS Annual Meeting. If you would like to share a room at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town during the AOS Annual Meeting, please follow these instructions:
1. Complete the roommate matching form and submit it via the internet to the AOS Secretary. The AOS will post your information on the "Roommates Wanted" web page where others can access your information and get in touch with you. (Check the "yes" box at the bottom of the form to give the AOS permission.)
2. Visit the "Roommates Wanted" web page to find a roommate or identfy someone willing to share a room.
3. Please inform the Secretary's Office as soon as you have successfully made arrangements for a roommate, so that your name can be removed from the "Roommates Wanted" list.
