   If you have something that you would like to submit to the archives,
please help us out by doing these simple things:
 
   1) Check DIR.LST to see if we have it already.
      If we do, stop.   :-)
      Else continue with step two.
   2) Upload the item(s) to the UPLOADS directory.  (Make sure you have the
      correct filetype set on upload!)
   3) Send a message to msdos-archivist@umich.edu, with the following
      info:
           1) Name of item(s).
           2) Short description of the item(s).
           3) Where you originally got it from.
           4) An alternate address to reach you at, if the one your mailer
              sticks on your messages is not reliable.
      If we don't get a message about the item, it will be deleted without
      mercy.
