There are a few things that make the Wolverine Classic unique in the
realm of brazilian jiu-jitsu and submission wrestling events:
* Affordable entry fee: The University of Michigan provides a
venue allowing us to lower the fee.
* Punctual and efficiently run event: The event organizers have
over 40 combined years of wrestling-type event experience and
understand what makes a good tournament: a well-developed plan of
operation and the man-power to successfully carry out that plan.
* Generous mat space: (exact mat dimensions coming soon)

* Date: Saturday, April 3, 2004
* Weigh-in: Friday, April 2nd (7-11pm) at the event site. Saturday (PRE-REGISTERED ONLY) 7-8am.
* Competition Time: matches begin at 8:30am
* Maximum Number of Competitors: 120
* Competition Entry Fee: $30 for pre-registered competitors, $40 for non-pre-registered.
* Spectator Fee: $5
* Location: University of Michigan Coliseum, 721 South Fifth Ave., Ann Arbor, Michigan 48109
