The Healthy Asian American Project would like to acknowledge the following organizations and individuals for their support, expertise, and contributions to this Lay Health Advisor education program.  HAAP would like to especially thank State Senator Alma Wheeler Smith who has been extremely supportive of our efforts to help the Asian community in Michigan.  We would also like to thank the Michigan Department of Community Health whose financial support has been crucial to continuing the mission of HAAP.  The Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program and several county administrative agencies, too many to name here, have given invaluable aid and encouragement.
