"The Leaders and Best" in THEATRE on Campus

Welcome Back Students! Basement Arts is excited to be back and working with you to create quality, FREE, student produced, directed, designed, and performed student theatre!

We will be announcing this season at our mass meeting will be taking place on September 17th at 7pm in Studio 1 of the Walgreen Drama Center on North Campus (just get off at Pierpont and walk toward the large green glass box!). The directors for this season will all be available at the meeting to talk about their shows and to get you involved! Also, please come visit us at Festifall on September 6th and at Northfest on September 13th.

If you are interested in directing a show, ou can download and print out a proposal form here. Completed proposals will be due on, September 13th at 5pm. You can drop it off at the designated box on the Basement Arts Call Board located on the South Hallway of the Walgreen Drama Center around the corner from Studio 1. Along with your proposalform please include a copy of the proposed script and your resume. Please sign up for an interview slot when turning in your proposal. Interviews will take place on Sunday, September 16th from 3:00-6:00pm at 618 Lawrence St. Also be aware that if your show is chosen you will be required to attend the mass meeting on September 17th at 7pm in Studio 1 in the Walgreen Drama Center.
