Travel Accident Insurance Beneficiary

Beneficiaries for the Travel Accident Insurance Plan will be the same as indicated under the Group Life Insurance Plan. If the staff member does not participate in the Group Life Insurance program, the beneficiary will be as indicated for the retirement program. If the staff member is not a participant in either of these programs, the claim will be paid to the first of the following survivors: the insured staff member's a) spouse, b) children, c) parent, d) brothers and sisters, or e) estate. If desired, the staff member can designate a beneficiary other than those listed above by completing a beneficiary card available at the HR/Payroll Service Center.
