Introduction

There are currently thirteen Athletic Training Rooms that service University of Michigan student athletes. These include two main and eleven satellite facilities. The main facilities are open from 7:30 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and on weekends as needed for sport coverage. These facilities are used to provide morning treatment and injury rehabilitation to the student athletes. The main athletic training rooms also house the offices of the certified athletic trainers on staff.

The satellite facilities are used to provide athletic training services to varsity teams during their scheduled practice times. These athletic training rooms typically are open 45 minutes prior to practices and close when post-practice treatments are completed. The satellite athletic training rooms are also used during home events at their respected facilities.
