Parking & U-M Commuter Buses
  Parking is at a premium in Ann Arbor and the University. For information on where to park on campus, please visit the U-M Parking and Transportation Services site. It includes campus parking and commuter bus route maps. The commuter bus system criss-crosses campus, and everyone can ride for free.

  U-M's Admissions Office offers information sessions and campus walking tours for prospective students and their families.

  Need a shuttle to/from Detroit Metro Airport? SelectRide may fill that need, and they have an on-line reservation form.
  The Weather Channel offers current conditions and forecasts for the Ann Arbor area.
  Road conditions are available through the Michigan State Police site.

Ann Arbor City Buses
  Ann Arbor's city bus service, AATA, has a comprehensive route network and students, faculty, and staff can ride for free when they show their UM ID card.

There are four Park and Ride lots where commuters can park their cars for free and shuttle to campus. They include:

Not sure where to get off? Just tell the driver you want to get off at the CCRB and they will alert you when your stop is coming up.
Fare: $1.00 each way.
* transfers must be requested immediately upon boarding the first bus.
Ann Arbor City Buses -- The Link
Bright purple buses serve 24 stops around Central Campus and downtown every 6-10 minutes from 7:30am to 6:30pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30-11:30pm Friday; and every 10-12 minutes between 11:00am-5:30pm on Saturday. Service is free for everyone (including the general public) through April 30, 2005! Now students (and their families) can more easily dine at Main Street eateries or shop in Kerrytown and the Farmer's Market.
