U of M Team Pool Championships

Team Registration Fees:
Early bird registration fee............... $75 (for the whole team!)
Regular Registration fee: .................. $100
Late fee (if spaces are still available).................$125
Early bird fees apply to fees postmarked by two weeks before the tournament begins.
Regular fees apply to fees postmarked between one and two weeks before the tournament begins.
Registration is closed at 5PM the Monday before the tournament begins (this year, September 28). If there are spaces available, the Tournament Director may allow late registrations until 2 days before the event. Note: the field may be full, even before the regular registration deadline. For best results, complete your materials and send registration fees in mid-September.
The registration fee reflects only the cost to enter the tournament. Meals, travel, and parking costs are not included. The Michigan Union has several fast food places for onsite meals, and the Ann Arbor area has dozens of renowned restaurants.
Parking is free (in legal spaces, of course) after 6PM every day and all day on Sunday. The visitor's lot (one block from Union ) is $1.10 per hour, payable by cash or credit card. Parking at local hotels is free.
Registration & Eligibility Forms:
Two forms are required for this tournament. These forms are available by clicking on the link (PDF download). If you have trouble downloading the forms, e-mail the Promoter.
Registration form (There's just one form for the whole team)
Eligibility & Code of Conduct form (a PDF file on the ACUI website; one form for each player)
Captains/advisors must complete and mail these items along with the entry fee to the Tournament Director so they are received before the deadline. Allow at least 5 days for standard U.S. Mail delivery, or you may send the materials by overnight carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure that they are delivered before the deadline. Your team is not considered "registered" until the Tournament Director receives the forms and payment. Make checks payable to "The University of Michigan," and mail all materials to the address on the bottom of the information page.
