U of M Team Pool Championships

Tentative 2010 tournament schedule:

Friday
11:00 - 3:00 p.m.	Free practice for all registered UMTPC players
12:00-2:00 p.m.	Registration / check-in
2:00 p.m.	Captains' & Coaches' Meeting. Each team must send one representative to this meeting. Each team may send more than one for the discussion, but only one person will vote on the team's behalf. Room 4016, 4th floor. See below for agenda/format items for coaches to be voted upon by coaches/captains. Numbers will be drawn for Straight Pool pairings. These will be the same numbers for the team 8-ball chart.
3:00 - 6:00	Modified Straight Pool Tournament
6:00 p.m.	Team photos - wear your best team attire!
6:00 p.m.	Light snacks served, our compliments! Not a full meal.
6:30 p.m.	9-ball Scotch Doubles matches begin
12:00 a.m.	Last round of Scotch Doubles matches for the night

Saturday
9:30 a.m.	Billiards Room opens for practice
10:30 a.m.	9-Ball Scotch Doubles tournament resumes; play continues until finished.
7:00 p.m.	(Estimated) 8-ball Team Competition begins for all teams no longer in the Scotch Doubles.
12:00 a.m.	(Estimated) final round of the night.

Sunday
10:00 a.m.	8-ball team matches continue (Estimated--depends on progress made Saturday)
12:00 p.m.	Sportsmanship ballots due
1:00 p.m.	Sportsmanship medals awarded
6:00 p.m.	MVP medals awarded
7:00 p.m.	8-ball Finals begin (Estimated)
