club level qualifying stage each summer, the Unit finals in the fall,
the District finals late in the year, and the National finals the
following spring. The top two pairs in each flight in each district win a
trip to Spring Nationals to represent their district at the National level.
The 1999 Spring Nationals will be in Vancouver, BC, March 18-28.
