To the members of the B & F Community:The purpose of the 2008 B&F Employee Satisfaction Survey was to gather important employee feedback as well as to hold ourselves accountable for how well we have responded to the results of previous employee surveys. I would again like to express my appreciation to everyone who participated. We received more than 2,300 online and paper surveys, putting our overall response rate at 81 percent, which exceeded our goal of 75 percent. There will always be ongoing work to do to enhance our ability to be a high-performance organization. Accurate information leads to productive discussions and gives us opportunities to celebrate accomplishments, as well as to identify areas where we need to continue to focus. I look forward to discussing these results over the next couple of months with you and my leadership team and then working together on action planning.
