The 2007 B&F Customer Satisfaction Survey was distributed through an independent online website and was open from May 21 to June 10, 2007. Over 6,00 customers responded.Who was Surveyed
Each B&F unit developed a list of key customers to target, which included B&F staff who were considered to be "key internal customers." Customers were encouraged to forward surveys to others they knew were knowledgeable about B&F’s services to encourage more diverse responses. The responses were analyzed as a whole and by customer segments e.g. "key customers” and "other customers." This aided B&F units in developing customer service improvement initiatives for each specific customer segment as needed.
