The Business and Finance Customer Satisfaction Survey

Business & Finance (B&F) partners with the University community to provide the technical, financial, physical, information and human resource infrastructure essential to being one of the greatest public universities in the world.

One of B&F's three main goals, according to its Strategic Framework, is to be the University's PROVIDER of CHOICE for the UM services we offer. The Customer Satisfaction Survey is the main metric for this goal.
