SABiosciences, A QIAGEN Company, offers RT² Profiler PCR Arrays. These targeted arrays analyze expression of a panel of 84 genes associated with any one of over 150 biological pathways or specific disease states.
PCR Arrays are the most reliable tools for analyzing the expression of a focused panel of genes. Each 384-well plate PCR Array includes SYBR Green-optimized primer assays for a thoroughly researched panel of relevant, pathway- or disease-focused genes. PCR Arrays can also be customized to contain a panel of genes tailored to your specific research interests.
