Nanodrop
The NanoDrop 2000 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer is capable of measuring the concentration of nucleic acids (also protiens and colorimetric assays) using a full spectrum of absorption data. This is done by using 1ul - 2ul total sample volume.
The Core offers the nanodrop service, which includes testing your 2-3ul sample aliquot. You will get back the sample's nucleic acid concentration, the O.D. 260 and 260/280 ratio.
