Agilent 2200 Tapestation

The Agilent 2200 TapeStation automates RNA, DNA or protein sample QC. Depending on the application, the software automatically determines size, quantity, purity, RINe (RIN# equivalent), or ribosomal ratios. This is done by using 1ul total sample volume.

The Core offers the tapestation service, which includes testing your 2-3ul sample aliquot. You will get back the sample's nucleic acid concentration, ribosomal ratio, and RINe delivered as a pdf report. The Core offers this on a per sample basis (no need to fill up a whole chip).
