APPIC Psychology Internship:

Application Process

Applications must be received by Wednesday, November 5, 2008, and include:
  1. A letter of introduction
  2. A current vita
  3. Official graduate transcripts (can arrive separately)
  4. Three letters of recommendation from professionals with knowledge of your clinical skills. Letters may be sent directly from the professional (i.e. separately from your application), or with your application package if signed by the writer on the sealed envelope.
  5. Certification of Eligibility for internship from your academic training director
  6. A completed APPIC Application for Psychology Internship, obtainable from the APPIC web site: http://www.appic.org

Initial screening of application materials will be completed by mid- December. Selected applicants will be invited to arrange a telephone interview in January. We have chosen phone interviews in order to ensure that applicants to our site will have an equal opportunity to talk with us, regardless of whether they can afford an on–site visit. Applicants who have been selected for a telephone interview are welcome to arrange to visit us during January, 2008, if it would be helpful to your decision–making.

APPIC Computer Match

As a member of APPIC, we participate in the APPIC national computer matching program conducted by the National Matching Services, Inc. (NMS).
