Contractual Services

The Consortium offers a variety of expert contractual services. These services are customized to meet the needs of individual colleges and state and provincial systems.

INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS may be short- or long-term contracts designed to assist colleges with building systems or improving institutional performance in areas such as strategic planning, institutional effectiveness models, organizational strategy, leadership and management, marketing, and scanning and performance assessment.

Since 1992, the Consortium has worked with over three hundred colleges across the United States and Canada. Over twenty-five long-term projects have been carried out, involving organizational strategy; the development of strategic plans, institutional effectiveness models for state and multi-campus urban community colleges; and new organizational designs for colleges.
