items below.
The final proposal for the project (lump-sum bid) is based on students'
estimates and actual subcontract prices.

The majority of project discussion occurs
during lab hour. Some project discussion is mixed with class lectures.
Plans and specifications for this project and the Means Estimating Handbooks are
available in the Construction Lab (1340 GG Brown).
Electronic copies of the plans and specifications can be downloaded (and
printed) from the course website.
The course GSI is available for help with any questions regarding the project.
